An Italian point of contact for chambers and businesses

LexOneWorld invites Italian Chambers of Commerce in the Asia-Pacific region to explore cooperation with Stramera & Li Puma law firm. We aim to provide a clear route for businesses and individuals with legal needs in Italy and international connections.

Ways to work together

Contracts and commercial relationships in Italy

An initial review of contracts, the parties’ obligations, supply arrangements and distribution. We identify matters requiring closer examination and agree the work with the client.

Debt recovery and civil or commercial disputes

Review of documents, timelines and deadlines, followed by an assessment of possible out-of-court or court action in Italy.

Property, leases and investment in Italy

Legal assessment of property transactions, tenancy relationships and related documentation.

Corporate matters and professional coordination

Identifying legal needs and the specialists required. Tax, accounting and foreign-law advice require appropriately qualified professionals in the relevant fields and jurisdictions.

Information and resources for your members

The portal provides information routes, Asia-Pacific–Europe guides and multilingual resources. We can explore briefings and contributions on agreed topics. Website language coverage does not establish that professional services are available in every language.

A straightforward first enquiry

A chamber or business can describe the countries involved, objective, subject and urgency. The firm checks competence, availability and conflicts before proposing an engagement and fees.

From first enquiry to an agreed engagement

  1. State your organisation, the countries involved, objective and deadlines. Do not attach confidential case files to the initial enquiry.
  2. Agree a confidential channel with the firm for any necessary documents.
  3. Obtain confirmation of scope, the professionals involved, proposed fees and timing.
  4. Formalise the engagement and agree responsibilities and progress updates.

This proposal is open to chambers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Macao, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Malaysia and Australia. Any cooperation agreement, AIPA membership or accreditation requires documentary confirmation and is not presented as already secured.
