We follow the A.D.O.S. INTERNATIONAL principles. We separate facts from opinions, hear every side, explain the evidence and say what remains uncertain.
Examine
We compare statements with documents, check whether the records are complete and where they came from, and hear both sides.

With each side’s lawyers, we clarify disagreements and consider proposals that explain their reasons.

Discussion is voluntary and starts with the evidence. The project does not follow the model of mandatory mediation. Decisions and legal steps remain with the parties and qualified professionals, with respect for their rights.
